The Primary Care Wellbeing Leadership Programme, delivered by Greater Manchester Primary Care Provider Board (GMPCB), will help managers and leaders improve the health and wellbeing of the primary care workforce – across community pharmacy, dentistry, general practice and optometry.
Programme 1
Module 1 and 2: Tuesday 27 May, 1pm to 3pm
Module 3 and 4: Tuesday 10 June, 1pm to 3pm
Programme 2:
Module 1 and 2: Wednesday 4 June, 10am to 12 noon
Module 3 and 4: Wednesday 18 June, 10am to 12 noon
This course will demonstrate the importance of prioritising staff wellbeing in the NHS, explain why building staff wellbeing through leadership is an effective approach, deliver practical ways for leaders to build their own wellbeing, and suggest approaches for engaging teams in their wellbeing in order to improve patient outcomes.
