The Training

The comprehensive training covers all practical skills required to vaccinate adults and children above the age of 2. You will also cover adverse reactions including anaphylaxis and basic life support for all ages. The course ensures that you are fully prepared to offer flu vaccination services as well as many other vaccination services, including COVID. 

  • 3.5 Hour face-to-face training session

  • 5 Hours pre-reading

  • Open to the full pharmacy team

Training will cover:

  • all practical aspects in order to provide you with confidence in vaccinating anyone above the age of 2

  • how to reconstitute vaccines

  • injection technique for Intranasal

  • IM & SC administration

  • how to administer adrenaline

  • BLS and Anaphylaxis for adults and children

  • Covid-19
