Introducing ReviveRx for Enhanced Operational Health in Pharmacies

ReviveRx is available from 19th February 2024 for FREE (worth £500 per pharmacy) to all Greater Manchester Contractors, thanks to funding from Greater Manchester ICB.

What is ReviveRx?

ReviveRx is a practical, two-component programme designed to support community pharmacies in enhancing their operational effectiveness. It consists of:

  1. An operational health diagnostic tool: that evaluates key aspects of your pharmacy’s operations, including team dynamics, process management, use of technology, and integration of patient services.

  2. An operational excellence training prescription: a customised training plan targeted to tackle the specific areas limiting your pharmacy’s operational health and potential.

Coaching Opportunity

We are seeking pharmacy leaders who are ready to embark on this transformative path. Through this Expression of Interest, we aim to understand your readiness for embracing change and leading your team into a brighter, more efficient future.

As part of our selection process for 20 exclusive coaching packages, we invite pharmacy leaders and their teams to demonstrate their commitment to making transformative changes. To assess your commitment, a short questionnaire will be shared with you that is designed to help us understand your readiness for change and your willingness to lead your team through this journey.

The successful applicants will be selected by a panel at Community Pharmacy Greater Manchester, and will be coached by award-winning pharmacy training consultant, Lynette Roberts, from Captivating Training Solutions.
