This session will equip Community Pharmacy teams with support and guidance on how to successfully deal with patients being referred from general practice via GP CPCS.
The Greater Manchester Healthcare Academy (GMHCA), CHL, Bolton LPC, and Greater Manchester LPC (GMLPC) are hosting a series of webinars that aim to provide support on accepting referrals, completing consultations efficiently and in line with local protocols, how to deal with escalations effectively and the sharing of best practice tips in relationship building.
